About Us
Real Planning. Real People. Real Life.
A legacy spanning generations. A story still being written.
The RJB logo isn’t just a design; it’s part of my family’s history. It’s a modern take on the original cattle brand from my grandmother’s ranch down in the Arbuckle Mountains: “JB” molded together over a rocker. The Rockin’ JB. That brand was fire-heated and iron-stamped on every steer that came through her gates. And while the cattle are gone, the lessons from that place are still very present.
That mark reminds me why I do this work. It reminds me of hard choices, long days, and what can happen when you’re strong enough to build something, but don’t have the support to protect it.
RJB Financial Planning is built to be that support for people trying to make smart, lasting decisions about what they’ve worked so hard to build.
This firm carries the same name, the same initials, and the same purpose: help protect what matters, for the long haul.

Leading With Life, Not Numbers
At RJB, planning starts with your story, not your account balance. We want to know where you’ve been, what matters to you and what’s keeping you up at night. Then we’ll talk about money, because it’s never just about the money. It’s about what the money allows you to do, protect, and become.
Guiding You Through Transitions
Retirement, loss, divorce, selling a business. These are big moments, and they rarely come with a manual. We help you make clear, thoughtful financial decisions during seasons that feel anything but simple.
We Are Focused on Impact
We’re not striving to be the biggest firm in town, but we are committed to being one of the most impactful. By dedicating our focus to serving our clients, we believe we can grow alongside them while building a close-knit community in the process.
Rooted in Home-Grown Values
Hard work. Honesty. Loyalty. The kind of care that shows up consistently, not just when the market's up. That’s what we bring to the table. RJB is built on a legacy of ranching grit and personal relationships, and we carry that into every client meeting.
Meet Jason Dixon
I started RJB Financial Planning because I wanted to do this work the right way: fewer clients, deeper relationships, and plans that reflect real life. Around here, we talk about goals, but we also talk about grief, uncertainty, transition, and what keeps you up at night. That’s the real work.
Clients often hear me call myself a “financial psychologist.” And while I’m only half-joking, it’s true that this job is more about human behavior than markets. Helping people slow down, make better decisions, and feel more in control of their next chapter—that’s what keeps me coming back to the table.
This work is personal for me, and if it is for you too, then we’re probably a good fit.

RFG Advisory Executive Leadership Team
Bobby White
Executive Chairman
Many qualities set Bobby White, Founder and CEO of RFG Advisory, apart from his peers. For Bobby, it is his ability and willingness to adapt to change and face it head-on. RFG was built from the ground up, torn down, and built again. In 2003, he founded RFG to better serve clients as an advisor and to empower independent advisors to be the CEO of their practice. In 2015, RFG had a significant innovation and digital transformation motivated by Bobby’s commitment to get 1% better every day and determination to be an asset to his team, clients, family, and community.
With over two decades of experience in the wealth management industry as a Founder and CEO, and a Financial Advisor, Bobby has built a successful, multi-faceted career. Stemming from his ability to get comfortable being uncomfortable, Bobby firmly believes the very thing that sets RFG Advisory apart is how we adapt to change. “I’d rather be a disruptor than be disrupted,” says Bobby. More than just words, his leadership style reflects the bold, decisive moves that have allowed his company to adapt while staying one step ahead of the competition.
